We put in a new queen mattress in Spring 2023. It's only been slept on 10 nights!
Price is firm at $5500.
We have owned this for 7 years and it's been a great camper, but the kids are gone so we don't need bunks anymore.
Queen bed in the front with storage underneath. Bunks in the back in the slide out. Dinette makes into bed as well.
This weighs 4763 lbs. unloaded and tows easily. We have towed it with a Yukon and an Expedition so a 1/2 ton pickup would work well too. The house part is 23.5 feet long, the overall length is 28 feet.
Condition:
No soft spots, no leaks, everything works! The awning fabric is showing some wear. There are a few minor hail dents on the front, but overall it is in exceptional shape for a 2006. It is currently winterized.
You won't find a more economical way to get into camping!
