1995 Colchester Mascot Gearhead Lathe for sale. 18” swing by 60” between centers. D1-8 Camlock spindle with 3” bore. Has a Buck Adjust-tru 3 jaw chuck, Dorian CA Wedge Toolpost with Dorian holder, heavy duty roller Steady Rest, live and dead center, drill chuck, owners manual, coolant pump with tank, and some extra boxes of tooling. Has a gap bed, inch metric gearbox and spindle speeds from 20-1600rpm.
Oil in all the gearboxes has just been changed. Lathe runs very smoothly in all gears and shifts nicely. Power feeds and threading are all working. Has Taper Attachment. Powered by a 10hp 3 phase motor currently wired at 460v. Can be rewired back to 230v.
Footprint is 10x5x5’ tall and weight is about 5800lbs. Can be inspected under power and we can load or arrange freight if needed.
