I just removed it from sump hole so looks a little tough, but it worked fine replaced because of age with finished basement. I was a little jumpy about what if it fails so thats the story. Its 11 years old comes with complete back up deep cycle battery and charger. It might last another 10- years. So if you can find a use come take a look and we can talk. The battery alone is over 200$. You can check the price at northern pluming to get an idea of a new one.
